As lead partner, Learning through Landscapes will manage and oversee the Living through Landscapes project

Thrive are responsible for the training components of the Living through Landscapes project to ensure an integrated approach across design, build, training, and the gardening and outdoor activities within each care home setting
 log3 Age UK Medway lend their knowledge and experience to the Living through Landscapes Project Board
Groundwork UK are responsible for the landscape transformation aspect of the project recruiting and supervising contractors, and utilising volunteers to obtain the best value for money
The University of Kent will deliver the evaluation of the project and conduct and inform part of the consultation process
