As lead partner, Learning through Landscapes managed and oversaw the Living through Landscapes project

Thrive were responsible for the training components of the Living through Landscapes project ensuring an integrated approach across design, build, training, and the gardening and outdoor activities within each care home setting
 log3 Age UK Medway provided their knowledge and experience to the Living through Landscapes Project Board
Groundwork UK were responsible for the landscape transformation aspect of the project recruiting and supervising contractors, and utilising volunteers to obtain the best value for money
The University of Kent delivered the evaluation of the project, and conducted and informed part of the consultation process
